About the Company
A leading and well-established Manufacturing & Trading Group with operations across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and GCC countries is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function during a critical growth phase.
The organization is currently in an advanced stage of Initial Public Offering (IPO) preparation, offering an exceptional opportunity for a strategic finance leader to play a key role in shaping the company’s future.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CFO will oversee the group’s entire finance function, ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, treasury management, operational excellence, and successful IPO readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
- Lead all accounting and finance operations across multiple entities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual IFRS financial reporting.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for all subsidiaries.
- Manage executive financial reporting and business performance analysis.
Manufacturing & Trading Finance
- Supervise manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Monitor profitability across trading operations.
- Improve margins and drive operational cost efficiency.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.
- Develop financial models to support strategic planning.
- Provide actionable financial insights to executive management.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Manage group cash flow and liquidity.
- Optimize banking relationships and financing strategies.
- Oversee CAPEX funding and foreign currency exposure.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and other local regulations.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Strengthen financial controls and corporate governance.
ERP & Digital Transformation
- Manage SAP ERP financial modules.
- Improve finance automation and reporting processes.
- Integrate Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing systems.
Leadership
- Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple locations.
- Standardize financial policies and reporting practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
IPO Readiness
- Lead the financial preparation for the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO).
- Coordinate with investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Support financial due diligence, restated financial statements, and investor readiness.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification is preferred, such as:
- CPA
- ACCA
- CMA
- SOCPA
Experience
- 10–25 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in a CFO or equivalent executive finance leadership role.
- Strong experience in:
- Manufacturing
- Trading
- Multi-entity group consolidation
- GCC/KSA business environment
- IPO preparation (highly preferred)
