Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of THAT Corporate. The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information for leadership and stakeholders. This role includes developing financial strategies to support growth, optimizing resource allocation, and advising on investment decisions and risk management. The CFO will lead and develop the finance function, implement robust controls and policies, coordinate with external auditors and advisors, and partner with other senior leaders on pricing, contract structuring, and long-term planning. The role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day finance operations while shaping the company’s financial roadmap.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including building and interpreting financial models.
- Experience implementing and maintaining financial controls, policies, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ability to develop and execute financial strategy aligned with organizational growth and risk appetite.
- Proficiency with financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced use of spreadsheets and reporting software.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with cross-functional senior stakeholders.
- Background in professional services, consulting, or growth-stage organizations is highly beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with clear and concise communication abilities.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent, and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with UAE and GCC financial, tax, and regulatory environments is a strong advantage.
