Chief Financial Officer with manufacturing background required for established global joint venture, to be based out of their Dammam location. This opportunity would be perfectly suited to an experienced CFO or Senior Controller targeting career progression.
Key responsibilities included (but aren’t limited to):
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to align with key manufacturing objectives, including cost optimization, supply chain efficiency, and capital investment for expansion.
Supervise the finance team to maintain adherence to internal controls, manage financial audits, and ensure compliance with Saudi laws and industry regulations.
Provide financial leadership across the organization by overseeing capital budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis.
Required qualifications include (but aren’t limited to):
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced financial certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a robust background in the manufacturing industry.
Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management within a manufacturing environment.
