We are seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next phase of growth for a multi-national organization serving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients to be based at Dubai, UAE. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the organization's long-term strategic vision, driving sustainable business growth, strengthening its market presence across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, and positioning the company as a trusted leader within its industry. This role requires a visionary leader who can successfully balance commercial expansion with operational excellence while fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.
The successful candidate will bring exceptional commercial acumen, strong financial and operational leadership, and extensive experience leading businesses within highly regulated industries. They will have a proven track record of scaling organizations, driving revenue growth, managing full P&L responsibility, building and mentoring high-performing leadership teams, and navigating complex regulatory environments. In addition, the CEO will champion innovation, digital transformation, and governance best practices while ensuring the organization consistently delivers exceptional client experiences, maintains the highest standards of compliance and integrity, and achieves its long-term strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- 15+ years in Private Banking/Wealth Management/Investment/RCBI.
- Advanced negotiation, P&L management, public speaking, and strategic crisis management.
- Deep understanding of Investment regulations.
- English is mandatory.
- Ready to relocate to Dubai, UAE
