We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the Human Resources sector, for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Job Role Overview:
The CEO will be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction, driving business growth, enhancing operational performance, and strengthening its market position within the human resources industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth strategy.
- Lead and oversee all business operations to ensure sustainable performance and profitability.
- Drive revenue growth, business expansion, and market penetration initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure effective corporate governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead organizational development initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events, strategic meetings, and business forums.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including significant experience in executive leadership roles.
- Proven experience within the Human Resources, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or related sectors.
- Strong track record in driving business growth, profitability, and organizational transformation.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi labor market and HR services industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
