You will work closely with the leadership team to deliver sustainable growth, strengthen operational excellence, and enhance overall business performance.

- 15+ years of leadership experience, with significant experience in executive or C-suite roles
- Strong experience within the restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of leading large, multi-site operations and delivering sustainable business growth
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing full P&L responsibility
- Experience developing and executing long-term business strategies
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and build high-performing organisations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
