Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on builder with strong technical and operational execution skills to join our founding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in uncertainty, embraces lean startup principles, and is motivated by equity ownership rather than short-term salary. You will be instrumental in product development, team building, and scaling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Execution: Lead end-to-end development of core software products, from MVP to scalable architecture.
- Strategic Input: Collaborate with founders on vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lean Operations: Drive efficiency by building processes, frameworks, and systems that scale with minimal overhead.
- Team Growth: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a small but high-performing team aligned with long-term goals.
- Investor Readiness: Contribute to technical credibility in pitch decks, due diligence, and governance frameworks.
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Work with partners and stakeholders across MENA and global markets.
