and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its
strategic growth
. Specializing in the global trade of coal, iron ore, ferroalloys, metallurgical coke , and logistics & supply chain management , the company operates in key global markets and is poised for expansion.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute a
strategic growth
plan to enhance market positioning.
Oversee trading, logistics, finance, and risk management operations.
Expand market reach by fostering strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders .Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
Manage financial flows and optimize trading performance.
Lead, develop, and grow the team, attracting
top talent
to the organization.
Key Requirements :5+ years of executive
leadership
experience in commodity trading , preferably in coal or related sectors .Strong understanding of global commodity markets, logistics, and risk management .Proven ability to drive business growth, financial performance, and operational excellence .Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields .
Willingness to
travel as needed .
