What You’ll Do
- Lead the company’s global compliance strategy, policies, and governance framework
- Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, AML/KYC, and internal controls
- Ensure adherence to international immigration, mobility, and corporate regulations
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring systems and audit programs
- Manage regulatory reporting and liaise with external regulators and legal bodies
- Conduct risk assessments across business operations and client services
- Build and lead a high-performing compliance and risk team
- Provide executive-level guidance on legal and regulatory matters
- Maintain data privacy, ethics, and corporate governance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Compliance, or Senior Compliance Director
- Strong background in regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, corporate governance, or legal risk
- Experience in international operations, immigration, financial services, or consulting environments
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks and audit processes
- Ability to operate in multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
- Law, Business, Finance, or related degree (advanced qualifications preferred)
