Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for smooth installation of MEP systems.
Supervise and assign tasks to MEP technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion of fit-out works.
Plan and manage materials, tools, and manpower for daily site activities.
Monitor MEP installation progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, DEWA, and other local authorities.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems before handover.
Maintain safety standards and enforce best practices on-site.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution of work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
