Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews all financial statements and manages accounts on a monthly basis after receiving from Subsidiaries / Associates.
- Follow–up on all financial records of the subsidiaries, ensuring that they are accurately updated.
- Reviews with external Tax auditors for final approval
- Prepares the company consolidation and a Monthly Closing to ensure completeness of organized processes for the company and subsidiaries.
- In charge of the Tax declaration for the company – Kuwait and local subsidiaries
- Gather information from subsidiaries for DMTT tax, ensuring accurate calculations and a thorough understanding of applicable regulations.
- Comprehend intercompany transactions by applying the transfer pricing policies and procedures.
- Ensures that all subsidiaries submit their tax declarations accurately, minimizing payments based on actual data, and meet all deadlines.
- Prepares the consolidated financial statements of the company in compliance with IFRS.
- Analyzes the monthly reporting of the consolidated financial statements.
- Assists in the development and enhancement of team procedure manuals and processes.
- Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeping abreast of significant reporting, and regulatory guidelines.
- Actively participates in assigned Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) and ensures timely dissemination of information to CFT.
