We are looking for a Production Manager who will be responsible for the profitable management and day-to-day operations of the central kitchen
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Overseeing the day-to-day operations of food production including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing
· Developing and implementing production processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
· Ensuring compliance with food safety and regulations and maintaining quality control standards
· Inspecting and evaluating the quality of the ingredients and cooked foods
· Managing food production staff, providing training, and ensuring a safe and positive work environment
· Monitoring equipment maintenance and ensuring machinery is in good working order
· Coordinating with other departments such as Operations team, procurement and logistics to ensure a smooth production process
· Collaborate with the Executive Chefs and Nutritionists to create menus, develop new menus and improve existing ones that meet dietary guidelines
· Support the Executive chefs with all the requirement from the Area Manager
Required Skills
· Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in food service or kitchen management
* Excellent culinary skills
* Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and Dubai food safety regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Diploma in Culinary arts, Hospitality or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
