Job Overview:

Dynamic and versatile Restaurant Administrator to handle a mix of HR, recruitment, administrative tasks, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage employee records, contracts, and work permits.

-Track attendance, leaves, and payroll preparation.

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

-Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.

-Manage onboarding processes for new hires.

-Create and update job descriptions as needed.

-Conduct regular audits to ensure operational compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.

-Monitor daily processes to identify areas of improvement.

-Assist the CEO with scheduling, correspondence, and task follow-ups.

-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

-Manage and organize critical business records and communications.

-Conduct periodic reviews of overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.

-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as needed.

-Manage inventory records and oversee procurement processes.

-Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

-F&B experience in restaurant administration, operations, or a similar role.

-Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.

-Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and labor regulations.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
