Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Kerala Snack Maker & Kerala Porotta Maker to prepare authentic Kerala-style snacks and porottas while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of traditional Kerala snacks such as:
- Parippu Vada
- Uzhunnu Vada
- Pazham Pori
- Sukhiyan
- Unniyappam
- Ela Ada
- Kozhukatta
- Sharkara Varatti
- Other Kerala specialty snacks
- Prepare soft, flaky Kerala porottas according to company standards.
- Prepare dough, ensure proper fermentation/resting, and maintain consistency.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure food is prepared according to food safety and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and follow portion control.
- Work efficiently during peak production hours.
- Support other kitchen operations when required.
Pay: AED1,116.84 – AED2,500.00 per month
