Job Description
Take full ownership of the kitchen with a focus on intercontinental dishes.
Prepare and present dishes that reflect diverse global cuisines, ensuring consistency and quality.
Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring they are skilled in the preparation and presentation of food and maintaining kitchen standards.
Manage inventory, minimize food waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of the kitchen.
Assist during service in plating, quality control, and timely execution of dishes.
Ensure the kitchen meets all hygiene and food safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree, Diploma, or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with exposure to international cuisine.
Strong technical skills in cooking methods and presentation across a variety of global dishes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
Excellent knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
