What you will do:
Deliver high-quality serviceto ensure amemorable dining experiencefor our guests.

Collaborate closely with thekitchenandfront-of-house teams.
Advise guests onmenu choicesandwine pairings.
Maintain thehighest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Handleguest complaintsand feedback withprofessionalism.
Train and mentorjunior staff membersto upholdservice excellence.
What you need:
Proven experienceas aSeniorWaiter/Waitressor similar role in ahigh-end restaurant.
Strong knowledge ofFrench and Mediterranean cuisine.
Excellent communicationandinterpersonal skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand remaincalm under pressure.
Fluent inEnglish; knowledge ofFrenchis an advantage.
Professional appearanceand demeanor.
