Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The CDP will manage a designated section of the kitchen and ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to the club’s exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a specific kitchen section
- Prepare and present dishes in line with menu specifications
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for menu planning
- Maintain inventory and minimize food wastage
- Uphold consistent food quality and presentation standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong culinary skills in Western cuisine
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English communication
- Willing to relocate or currently residing in Al Ain
