What We’re Looking For:
Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interview & kitchen trial
Proven Cold Kitchen expertise at Chef de Partie level (no promotions from Demi level at this stage)
Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine
Experience in fine dining or 5-star luxury hotels/resorts in the UAE
A team player with creativity, consistency, and precision
