Our Habitas Ras Abrouq is seeking an innovative Chef de Cuisine to lead daily culinary operations. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee the kitchen, ensure exceptional food quality and safety, and craft destination-led experiences that reflect local culture, seasonal ingredients, and sustainable practices.
You will mentor the kitchen brigade, develop seasonal menus, manage costs, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless service in a remote luxury setting.
