A Chef de Cuisine contributes to menu creation, manages and trains the kitchen brigade, and ensures an excellent Guest and Member experience while controlling food costs.
What will I be doing?
As a Chef de Cuisine, your responsibilities include:
Contributing to menu creation
Managing and training the kitchen team to ensure a well-organized and motivated environment
Maintaining consistency in dish quality
Managing customer relations in the absence of the Executive Chef
Managing work rotas to meet business needs
Training and assessing team members to uphold brand standards
Controlling food costs to support revenue goals
Understanding activities in other departments and their implications
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards
