Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Asian Cuisine Chefs with strong wok cooking skills to prepare high‑quality meals in a fast‑paced restaurant environment in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes.
- Operate wok station efficiently during busy service periods.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and fresh ingredients.
- Maintain food quality and freshness.
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Minimize food waste and maintain stock rotation.
- Keep kitchen clean and organized.
- Support other kitchen staff during peak operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of chef experience.
- Experience with fast‑food Asian cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Indonesian cuisine, and Indian cuisine.
- Experience operating a wok station is highly preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume kitchen.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
