The ideal candidate should have experience in Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, and Indian cuisine while maintaining speed, consistency, hygiene, and food quality. Key
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes.
- Operate wok station efficiently during busy service periods.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and fresh ingredients.
- Maintain food quality and freshness.
- Follow
- HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Minimize food waste and maintain stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Support other kitchen staff during peak operations.
