Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of delicious meals and dishes according to restaurant recipes. You will also be responsible for monitoring food quality, safety, and cost.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards
- Monitor food quality, safety, and cost
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area
- Assist in menu planning
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Train kitchen staff as needed
- Assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Develop creative ideas for special menus or events
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Great eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is preferred
We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position with a salary of 1300.
