CHEF – MADINAH
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join our restaurant team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have strong kitchen experience and be comfortable working in a small restaurant environment, taking responsibility for daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of kitchen experience
- Previous experience as a Chef
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Able to manage daily kitchen operations independently
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Able to manage stock and place supplier orders
- Reliable, organized and responsible
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Transferable Iqama preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to company standards
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen stock and inventory
- Place orders with suppliers when required
- Organize daily kitchen preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Coordinate with the front-line team during service
- Help supervise daily restaurant operations
