Stafford Lawrence Ltd Construction and Engineering Recruitment consultants are recruiting for a Chartered Associate Director of Cost or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a permanent position in Riyadh with a world-class Construction Consultancy. This job vacancy requires strong pre-contract experience. Candidates without previous Middle East experience are welcome to apply.
If you are an Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor with Cost Consultancy experience and meet the requirements below, we would be keen to talk about this vacancy. Our client is one of the premier construction cost consultancies in the Middle East and globally, working in several sectors. This vacancy specifically seeks someone with strong pre-contract experience on projects such as Hotels, Residential, Mixed Use, Leisure, and Entertainment.
Requirements
Chartered Associate Director – Riyadh KSA
Experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy as a Chartered Director or Associate Director.
Minimum of 15 years post-degree experience.
MRICS Chartered Status; must be a current Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors-Quantity Surveying route.
A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a well-known Western University.
Project experience in Hotels, Resorts, Residential, Leisure, Entertainment, or Stadiums.
Strong Pre-Contract, Cost Estimating, Cost Planning experience with a consultancy organization.

MRICS + A BSc Degree Qualification + Hotels, Resorts, Residential, Leisure or Entertainment projects.
Salary & Benefits
An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. A basic salary of circa 55,000- 65,000 SAR per month. This position is a 5-day week.
