We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Female Project Engineer or to manage and support various aspects of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish by communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and our internal team. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of interior design projects.
Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and schedules.
Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects stay within budget.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, design proposals, and project reports.
Ensure all materials and resources are available for project execution.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns during the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress.
Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and regulations.
Perform other duties as required to ensure the project’s success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Knowledge of the interior design industry and design processes is a plus.
