KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage complete accounting and financial operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor project costing, budgets, cash flow, profitability, and financial performance.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate accounting of construction projects, subcontractors, suppliers, retention, and WIP.
• Prepare and manage UAE VAT compliance and filings.
• Handle UAE Corporate Tax compliance, calculations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Monitor company expenses, cash flow, budgets, and cost optimization.
• Liaise with banks, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, auditors, and government authorities.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
