We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the event management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Maintain and organize event-related files, contracts, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including venue bookings, vendor communications, and logistics.
Prepare and distribute event materials, such as agendas, invitations, and promotional content.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget updates.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and clients as needed.
Support the team with post-event tasks, including feedback collection, reporting, and follow-ups.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to contribute to the success of the company.
