The Job in a Nutshell
Hello all! We are hiring a Channels Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing strategies that enhance Channel partners. Your role will involve creating and executing channel programs, building relationships, and ensuring partners are well-supported to maximize sales success. You’ll also analyze performance metrics, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-specific campaigns and solutions.

What Will You Do

Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue and growth

Build and nurture relationships with channel partners

Create and manage channel programs, incentives, and promotional activities

Track channel performance and provide regular reports on key metrics and KPIs

Identify and evaluate new channel opportunities, potential partners, and expansion markets

Work with the marketing team to create channel-specific materials and campaigns

Train and support channel partners to maximize product knowledge and sales success

Study market trends and competitor activities to refine channel strategy

What Are We Looking For

7+ years of channel management experience, preferably in SaaS or POS industries

Proven track record of developing and growing successful channel partnerships

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication (written and spoken) and negotiation abilities

Fluent in English and Arabic

Experience with CRM systems and channel management tools

Technical Skills:
Data analysis and reporting, project management

Soft Skills:

Relationship building and management, business development, team leadership, collaboration, strategic planning, and execution
