Role Overview
Build and run Think AI's channel partner program. You manage our existing strategic channel partnerships and bring on new resellers, distributors, and system integrators across KSA, MENA, and select global markets. You drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ensure every partner is enabled to sell Think AI well.
You will report directly to the COO.
Responsibilities
• Own the channel strategy across KSA, MENA, and select global markets. Decide which partners to recruit, which to invest in, and which to wind down.
• Recruit and onboard new channel partners (resellers, distributors, system integrators) regionally and globally.
• Build the partner program structure: tiers, margins, deal registration, MDF, certifications, and joint marketing.
• Run quarterly business reviews with each strategic partner. Hold them accountable to joint plans and revenue targets.
• Drive partner enablement: technical training, sales certifications, demo environments, and joint customer engagements.
• Hit quarterly and annual partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
• Be the bridge between channel partners and Think AI's direct sales team, ensuring deal protection and clean handoffs.
Requirements
• 7+ years in channel management, partner management, or alliance roles in the AI, GPU, server, and cloud ecosystem. Preferably coming from an HPC vendor, an AI international vendor, or a hyperscaler.
• Local or regional experience at a leading hardware, hyperscale, or AI company running a channel or partner organization.
• Track record of building partner-sourced revenue at scale.
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English..
Nice to have
• Existing channel relationships across KSA, MENA, and globally.
• Experience designing or running a formal partner program from scratch.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software channel programs. We will offer ILM as a standalone software product as we scale.
• Prior experience inside a startup scaling from early to growth stage.
