Job Description
Job Scope
The Channel Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies, recruiting partners, managing account profiles, and planning to increase market share through set targets. They monitor competitors’ activities, deal with resellers, and coordinate with the marketing team on channel activities and programs.

and Responsibilities
Technical and Operations
Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap for the assigned service/product lines in alignment with management.
Lead partner relations in accordance with company management and strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain a channel/customer database, analyze data, and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and identify new opportunities.
Specify market requirements for current and future services/products through market research and ongoing visits to customers.
Manage the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection.
Track credit and payment performance, review outstanding settlements, and manage resolutions.
Generate sales for the service/product line focusing on long-term revenue and profitability.
Engage and support channel partners effectively, responding to issues and queries to meet customer needs.
Develop and deliver sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
Promote services/products and the company within the region.
Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress, and recommend improvements.
Utilize systems like Salesforce CRM for leads, opportunity, and deal registration management to enhance efficiency.
Talent Development
Lead and coach the team to foster
empowerment
and ownership.
Develop team capabilities and establish a succession plan.
Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans.
Position Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
Experience
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
