What We’re Looking For

Experience in channel roles within software/SaaS vendors, with a focus on Unified Communications.

Experience in CX / Cloud (CCaaS) Channel creation.

Aptitude to work within various mediums to coach & develop partner sellers.

Fluency in Arabic to a native speaker standard and fluent in business English.

Ability to build relationships with CxO/VP level, with a technical understanding enabling interaction with executive, sales, and technical stakeholders.

Ability to develop a Zoom Phone/Zoom contact centre channel partner ecosystem, including managing focus partners, recruiting new partners, and growing indirect sales revenue.
