We are currently hiring a Change Management Engineer to join a leading telecom environment in Saudi Arabia, supporting large scale network operations and ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and governance of critical network changes.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong telecom operations experience and a solid background in ITIL based change management within complex network environments.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿
• 5+ years of experience in telecom operations, NOC, or Back Office environments
• Strong experience managing end to end network change activities
• Solid understanding of ITIL Change Management processes
• Experience coordinating cross functional technical teams during network implementations
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• Managing the complete lifecycle of network changes from planning through implementation and closure
• Performing risk assessments, impact analysis, and rollback planning
• Maintaining change calendars and coordinating maintenance windows
• Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and governance processes
• Strong understanding of RAN, Core, IMS, Transmission, and IP networks
• Experience with OSS platforms, ENM, ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar change management tools
• Managing emergency changes, post implementation validation, and change reporting
• Ensuring SLA compliance, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement

• Work on large scale telecom transformation and modernization projects
• Play a key role in maintaining network stability and service quality
• Collaborate with experienced operations and engineering teams on mission critical network changes
