Position: CHANGE MANAGER – TRANSPORT, TRAFFIC DOMAIN
We’re looking for a Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to lead the human side of a large-scale AI transformation programme — helping an organisation’s workforce understand, adopt, and feel confident about AI-driven change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and running the change management approach across the programme
- Leading stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, and communications
- Supporting workforce readiness and helping address concerns or resistance around AI-driven change
- Working closely with leadership and process owners to build genuine buy-in, not just awareness
What we’re looking for:
- Proven change management experience on large, complex transformation programmes
- Prosci or CCMP certification (held or willing to obtain)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership through to frontline staff
- Arabic language skills and GCC public-sector experience are a significant advantage
- Comfortable managing sensitive, people-centred conversations around technology-driven change
