Job Summary
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to support organizational change initiatives associated with digital transformation programs. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication activities, and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of change management activities.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Conduct change impact assessments.
- Assist in developing change readiness and adoption strategies.
- Coordinate user awareness, training, and communication initiatives.
- Monitor change adoption and measure effectiveness.
- Support business units throughout transformation initiatives.
- Identify and manage change-related risks and resistance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and change management documentation.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Digital Transformation, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Business Transformation.
