- Change Management Strategy & GovernanceDefine, implement, and continuously improve the IT Change Management framework, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL or other relevant standards.
- Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and oversee risk assessment for high-impact changes.
- Process Leadership Manage the end-to-end change lifecycle (RFC submission, review, approval, implementation, post-implementation review).
- Standardize change categorization (Standard, Normal, Emergency) and ensure proper documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with IT teams (Infrastructure, Applications, Security, DevOps), business units, and vendors to align changes with business needs.
- Communicate change schedules, impacts, and outages to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts between change requests and prioritize critical updates
- Tools & Reporting Oversee Change Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA).
- Maintain Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports
- Risk & Compliance Ensure changes adhere to Cybersecurity policies.
- Mitigate risks related to outages, data loss, or service degradation.

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum Professional Certificate (if Any): ITIL v4 -Beginner- or -Expert- certification (required). Minimum Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience
