We are looking for an experienced

Change Management

Lead to join our client’s team in Dubai. The role involves driving and managing change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

change management

strategies. Engage with stakeholders to ensure support for change initiatives. Create and execute

communication

and training plans. Identify and mitigate risks related to new technologies and processes. Provide coaching on best practices for managing change.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. 10+ years of

change management

experience, preferably in oil & gas or EPC industry. Strong understanding of

change management

methodologies. Excellent

communication

and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English.  Seniority Level:  Mid-Senior level
