About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced trainer to deliver high-impact training programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Strategic Management, Advanced KPIs, and the Balanced Scorecard framework, backed by proven certifications and hands-on delivery experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs in Advanced KPIs, Strategy, and the Balanced Scorecard, tailored to the organization's specific needs and maturity level.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions with full fluency in Arabic and English, ensuring all participants comprehend and can apply core concepts.
- Adapt training delivery style and content in real-time based on participant feedback, knowledge gaps, and organizational context.
- Provide practical, real-world examples and case studies to bridge the gap between theoretical frameworks and on-the-ground application.
- Assess participant understanding through quizzes, group exercises, and practical assignments; provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and submit post-training reports, including attendance records, participant evaluations, competency assessments, and recommendations for reinforcement.
- Collaborate with the project management team to align training delivery with the approved project schedule, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
- Update and refine training materials as needed to reflect the latest industry standards and best practices in KPI management, strategic planning, and performance measurement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Certifications (Preferred): Candidates holding certified training licenses or professional training certifications will be given preference.
- Proven experience delivering at least 3 training programs within the past three years in one or more of the following areas:
Advanced Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Strategy
Balanced Scorecard
- Full availability and flexibility to commit to the approved training schedule of the project (dates and duration to be provided upon shortlisting).
- Fluency in both Arabic and English – must be able to deliver seamlessly in both languages.
