Job Title: Full-Time Personal Trainer
Additional Specializations: Swimming, Yoga, Tennis, MMA, Boxing, Body Building, Injury Rehabilitation, Post Maternity, Others
Essentials: Valid KSA driving license and car required
Languages: English & Arabic (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Education & Experience: Accredited Personal Training Certification, First Aid Certification; BA or MA in Sport and Physical Education is a plus
Strong knowledge of personal training sessions
Ability to listen to clients and demonstrate ethical behavior
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Time management and organization skills
Essential Job Functions:
Motivate clients with energy and encouragement to achieve their fitness goals
Use the trainer app to manage sessions efficiently
Coordinate with the Head of Trainers about schedule changes
Prepare sessions in advance for better time management
Connect with clients regarding session details
Provide high-quality workouts and advice on healthy habits
Schedule feedback sessions and monitor progress
Promote fitness packages for optimal results
Other Job Duties:
Create content for marketing videos and tutorials
Attend weekly meetings and follow-ups at the office
Maintain punctuality and professionalism
Care for company equipment and attire
Uphold professionalism, inclusion, and belonging for clients
