About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Ceramic Heater Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining high-quality industrial ceramic heaters used in various industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble ceramic band heaters and strip heaters according to technical drawings.
- Handle and install heating elements (NiCr wires) and ceramic insulators precisely.
- Perform electrical testing (insulation resistance, wattage, and voltage checks).
- Operate manual and semi-automatic machines for heater fabrication.
- Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards before shipping to clients.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty heating units.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial heater manufacturing (Ceramic or Mica heaters).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, resistance calculations, and industrial insulation materials.
- Precision: Ability to read technical blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, multimeters).
- Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent vocational training.
- Language: Basic English or Arabic communication skills.
