Lead and manage senior executives and department heads to achieve company objectives.
Ensure financial sustainability by optimizing revenue, reducing costs, and maintaining profitability.
Represent the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and industry events.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and enhance corporate governance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager, or in a senior leadership role in the construction or contracting industry.
Strong strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Excellent financial and business acumen.
Ability to drive business development and establish strategic partnerships.
A strong understanding of firefighting and fire alarm systems is a plus.
10+ years’ experience in a business-related field.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
