On behalf of our client, a medium-sized Saudi firm operating in retail and wholesale within the textile industry across KSA, we are seeking to appoint a CEO/COO to lead the company from their Jeddah office.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in the retail industry, particularly in discretionary consumer goods such as clothing and luxury goods.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Based in the Middle East.
Held an executive role overseeing multiple departments, including finance and accounting, logistics, procurement, and sales.
Requirements:
University degree.
Senior management experience in KSA or another GCC country, leading operations and management of a firm.
Experience in the retail industry, ideally in textiles or luxury goods.
Experience in both retail and wholesale sectors.
Leadership experience in an international firm or a company originating from GCC countries.
Arabic language proficiency (mandatory).
Experience overseeing the following departments:
Finance and accounting
Logistics & procurement
Marketing & sales
