Ultimate Peaks is excited to partner with a leading Saudi gym chain to find a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that promote growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience across all gym locations
- Lead business development initiatives, including new market entry and partnerships
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring high standards of service delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Build and nurture a passionate leadership team, fostering a strong company culture aligned with the brand’s values and mission
- Drive marketing, branding, and community engagement strategies to increase membership and brand loyalty
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting to ensure sustainable profitability
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards
This role reports directly to the board and involves close collaboration with stakeholders to shape long-term business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in the fitness, health, or hospitality sectors, preferably within the GCC region
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market’s consumer behavior and regulatory environment
- 10+ years of leadership experience with a track record of driving growth and improving operational performance
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous
