The CEO Assistant provides high-level, comprehensive, and confidential administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is pivotal in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives, high-level management, and key decision-making by seamlessly managing their day-to-day operations, communications, and priorities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, an understanding of the Saudi business and governmental landscape, and the ability to operate with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field from a reputable university. A master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant directly supporting C-level executives (CEO, President, Chairman) in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrable experience within the Saudi market is essential.
Prior experience in the Saudi governmental sector, or working closely with governmental entities, is highly preferred.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business software and communication platforms.
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
