Objective:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the warehouse management role, preferably with experience in spare parts and equipment warehouses. The primary responsibility will be to manage warehouse operations efficiently, optimize inventory management, and ensure operational goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving goods, storage, and shipping.
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and effectively.
Develop and implement inventory management strategies, including monitoring stock levels and analyzing data.
Utilize information management technologies such as barcode systems to enhance inventory accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within warehouse operations and implement necessary measures to increase efficiency.
Monitor performance and provide regular reports to management on warehouse operations.
Work closely with purchasing, sales, and distribution teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Coordinate operations with external partners and suppliers.
Lead and guide the warehouse team, providing training and support to enhance performance.
Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing feedback.
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations in the warehouse.
Verify that all operations align with local laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a preference for experience in spare parts and equipment warehouses.
Strong knowledge of information management technologies, including barcode systems.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
