About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.
Job Description:
– Prepare and cook all meats, seafood, pastas, and hot dishes according to strict recipes and presentation standards.
– Oversee daily mise en place, portion control, and plating to ensure consistent quality and timely order delivery.
– Supervise and guide assigned Demi Chefs and Commis while coordinating with other kitchen sections during busy services.
– Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards while actively minimizing ingredient waste
