Requirements:
• Strong experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of hot kitchen, breakfast and brunch preparation
• Consistent food quality, presentation and portion control
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a section independently
• Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety and kitchen SOPs
• Positive attitude, teamwork and professional discipline
• Available to join immediately
