Installtec is looking for an experienced, SIRA-Certified CCTV Technician with a proven track record in end-to-end installation, testing, and commissioning of large-scale IP surveillance projects (200 to 500+ cameras).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end installation, cabling (structured cabling, fiber optic termination), termination, and mounting of IP cameras, NVRs/VMS, and network switches.
- Configure, address, and commission enterprise VMS/NVR platforms and storage systems for 200–500 camera setups.
- Set up network infrastructure, including IP schema planning, VLAN assignments, PoE switches, and basic routing.
- Conduct SIRA compliance audits, testing, and documentation to prepare sites for SIRA authority inspections and approvals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, network bandwidth, and video stream issues efficiently on active project sites.
