We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented CCTV Controller cum Admin to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring security compliance, and providing administrative support to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
📹 CCTV Monitoring & Security
• Monitor live CCTV feeds and recorded footage to identify and report suspicious activities.
• Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
• Maintain incident logs and daily monitoring reports.
• Escalate security incidents and coordinate with relevant personnel.
• Handle and store CCTV footage in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
📋 Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative assistance to the department.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement requests.
• Support attendance tracking, document control, and scheduling activities.
• Assist visitors and guests professionally when required.
✅ Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or administration.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of UAE workplace regulations is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

⏰ Working Schedule:
• 8 hours per day / 48 hours per week
