Hiring for Position:

Admin and Sales Coordinator

We are looking for Arabic Admin and Sales Coordinator who plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and supporting the sales team. This role involves managing schedules, maintaining customer records, coordinating between departments, preparing sales documents, and assisting with customer inquiries. The position requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

Manage and organize office schedules, appointments, and meetings for the sales team.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including reports, presentations, contracts, and proposals.
Handle inbound and outbound communication, including emails, and phone calls.
Maintain an organized filing system for customer accounts, sales orders, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate and assist with office supplies and equipment management.
Prepare and process purchase orders and invoices as required.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and direct requests to appropriate sales team members.

Customer Relationship Management:

Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments, including logistics and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
Assist in organizing and managing sales events, product launches, or customer meetings.

General Support:

Support the team with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and relevant.
Ensure smooth and efficient communication between sales, operations, and other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Arabic Speaker
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative support, sales, or customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented with a focus on quality service.
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of basic sales processes and customer relationship management.
Experience in a sales support or coordinator role within a similar industry.
Familiarity with basic accounting or financial reporting.
